Enrollment

Admission to Excalibur Christian School is based on the applicant’s acceptance of school policies and on Excalibur’s ability to meet the needs of the students and their families.

Church attendance or membership is not required, nor is agreement with any doctrinal statement. We are a Christian School, and our general doctrinal statement is available online. Enrollment is open year round, and there is no limit to the number of families or students who may enroll.

Excalibur Christian School does require 1) the maintenance of an attendance record for each child enrolled, 2) the submission of a progress reports twice each year—January 15 and June 15, and 3) agreement to and compliance with all published policies of the school.

The Enrollment Process

1.Read and agree to comply with all Excalibur membership policies.

2. Make an appointment by calling 256-325-1500.

We would like to meet your whole family so we prefer you to schedule your appointment when everyone can attend. Exceptions can be made but will delay your enrollment

Every parent/guardian who has custodial rights to veto the schooling decision for an individual child will have to register his/her approval by signing their agreement. They do not have to be present.

3. Sign forms provided at your appointment.

4. Make payment. All fees are due at the time of enrollment or by the beginning of the term for which enrollment has been requested.
